Frequently asked questions

A short guide to how the platform works and what you get

Do I need to keep the browser open for the bots to trade?
No. Every bot and all model training run as server-side processes supervised by a watchdog daemon. They keep trading and learning around the clock even after you log out of the terminal or switch the computer off. The browser is only needed for monitoring and configuration.
Which brokers and markets are supported?
Binance (spot crypto), OANDA v20 (forex, indices, commodities, metals), IG and Trading 212 (equities and spread betting). More than 80 instruments in total: 15 crypto pairs, 38 currency pairs, 16 indices and 14 commodities — all in one window with shared P&L statistics.
Is it safe? Where are my API keys stored?
Keys are held on the server and never sent to the browser. Access is gated by authentication: bcrypt password hashes, CSRF tokens, sessions bound to the IP address, brute-force protection (5 attempts per 15 minutes) and automatic logout after 30 minutes of inactivity.
Can I trade without risking real money?
Yes. There is a DEMO mode with a virtual $10,000 balance and a paper mode for every experimental bot — they simulate trades on real quotes without real money. AI weights persist between sessions. Live trading is only enabled deliberately, by an explicit switch to LIVE.
How does the platform protect against blowing up the account?
A multi-level MarginGuard runs at all times: Warning at 200% margin → Danger at 150% (new trades blocked) → Closeout at 120% (worst position closed automatically) → Emergency at 100% (everything closed). On top of that: a budget limit per bot and a filter on a trade's expectancy.
What does the licence include, and are there hidden charges?
A single €2000 licence unlocks the entire platform with no restrictions: every bot, the strategy research engine (69 families + edge constructor, walk-forward + forward gate), 30 indicators, 15 analysis components, 80+ instruments, 5 brokers, server-side learning and both modes (DEMO/LIVE). No subscriptions and no paid extras — you pay once for full access.
